behold
the virgin shall conceive
and bear a Son,
and shall call His name Immanuel

the people who walked
in darkness
have seen a great light;
those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death,

for unto us a Child is born,
unto us a Son is given;
and the government will be
upon His shoulder.
and His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor,
Mighty God,
Everlasting Father,
Prince of Peace
